Bitte beachte dass der Versand bis zu 28 Tagen in Anspruch nehmen kann, wenn es sich um Produkte handelt die auf Bestellung gefertigt werden. Für Express Versand oder weitere Fragen, kannst du uns unter hello@oni-studio.com kontaktieren. Wir versuchen einen schnelle Lösung zu finden.

Vergewissere dich dass dein Paket keine Schäden aufweist. Bitte dokumentiere Schäden, bevor du das Paket öffnest. 

 

Ware kann innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Rechnungsdatum zurückgegeben werden, solange sie in makellosem Zustand sind.

Wir übernehmen keine Kosten für die Rücksendung. Außerdem übernehmen wir keine Kosten für verloren gegangene Ware während der Rücksendung. Wir empfehlen die Rücksendung mit versichertem Versand und Sendungsverfolgung durchzuführen.

Nachdem die Rücksendung eingetroffen und geprüft wurde, werden die Produktkosten zurückerstattet. 

 

Die Ware muss in unbenutztem Zustand und Originalverpackung zurückgeschickt werden.

Wir können keine Ware erstatten wenn einer der folgenden Punkte zutrifft:

-Ware ist beschädigt.

-Ware wurde getragen, sichtbare Benutzungsspuren.

-Ware kommt nach Rückgabefrist an.

Auftragsarbeiten sowie Anzahlunge für diese werden in keinem Fall erstattet.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Please note that shipping can take up to 28 days due to production times, some are made-to-order pieces. If you can't wait that long please do not hesitate to contact us so we can find a quick solution. 

​

Before accepting the delivery please make sure that the parcel is not damaged and no item was removed.

 

All products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as the product is in perfect condition.

 

We do not cover return costs. Also no cost will be covered should the products go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport company that provides an insured track & trace service. 

 

We will check all returned products and reimburse your payment excluding shipping cost and customs charges. 

 

All goods must be returned in original condition with its original package.

 

We are unable to accept returned items which: show signs of use or are damaged as a result of wear and tear or return transport. If they seem used we reserve the right to refuse the return. If we receive goods after the expiry of the period or damaged through use, we can not accept the return.

Custom pieces as well as their pre-payments won't be refunded in any case.
